Changing Tides Therapy Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Registered
Behavioral Technician to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our clinic, you'll have the
opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while enjoying a
supportive and positive work environment.
Requirements
Wiling to obtain and maintain active State of Alaska license as a Registered Behavioral Technician
Adhere and comply with State of Alaska licensure requirements
Remain current on all required or requested trainings/certifications necessary for the position with Changing Tides Therapy Services
Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for Registered Behavioral Technician
Demonstrate efficiency in productivity requirements (i.e. chart notes, etc.)
Ability to utilize a fax machine, phone system, and other office materials as necessary for the position
Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails
Flexible availability, with schedule to be determined by owner or other designated manager
Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with clients and clinic staff
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.
Ability to adjust treatment provision based on individual client needs and progress. ● Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to understand and support the unique challenges children and their families may face.
Capacity to develop engaging and fun therapy sessions that motivate children to actively participate in their treatment.
