Changing Tides Therapy Services is seeking a skilled and passionate Pediatric Registered
Behavioral Technician to join our dynamic team. As a vital member of our clinic, you'll have the
opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families while enjoying a
supportive and positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Wiling to obtain and maintain active State of Alaska license as a Registered Behavioral Technician


  • Adhere and comply with State of Alaska licensure requirements


  • Remain current on all required or requested trainings/certifications necessary for the position with Changing Tides Therapy Services


  • Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for Registered Behavioral Technician


  • Demonstrate efficiency in productivity requirements (i.e. chart notes, etc.)


  • Ability to utilize a fax machine, phone system, and other office materials as necessary for the position


  • Ability to respond quickly to phone calls, text messages, and emails


  • Flexible availability, with schedule to be determined by owner or other designated manager


  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions with clients and clinic staff


  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and team members.


  • Ability to adjust treatment provision based on individual client needs and progress. ● Strong interpersonal skills and empathy to understand and support the unique challenges children and their families may face.


  • Capacity to develop engaging and fun therapy sessions that motivate children to actively participate in their treatment.
